NEWPORT BEACH, California--September 16, 2005--Just six months after opening the Newport Beach headquarters, Special Ops Security opens a second office in Northern California to serve Bay Area customers. Josh Lemos CISSP, an expert in secure network architecture with six years of experience in the Pacific Northwest, joins the Special Ops force and leads the security consulting practice for the San Francisco office.

"Having Josh on the team will be a huge benefit for all our Bay Area customers and couldn't have come at a better time," said Erik Pace Birkholz, President and Founder for Special Ops Security. "We were seeing a huge spike of demand from Northern California and now we have a local team in place to deploy at a moment's notice."

The new expansion has already resulted in increased customer satisfaction including a very appreciative financial services customer who called in the Bay Area team with only an hour's notice to reinstall and recover an e-commerce site that had been compromised by outside attack. After the problem was triaged, Lemos and others remained on-site to provide forensic investigation on the troubled web farm.
